With our own team and direct network we can, if needed, offer in-house support for a wide range of HR assignments and projects. Whether the job involves needing a pair of ‘extra hands’ on an HR project, drawing up job descriptions, making sure this year’s salary reviews run smoothly or mapping out all variable reward schemes, we are happy to be of assistance. In addition, we can also provide hands-on support by going in-house with clients needing a new job classification system, a new reward policy or the implementation of performance management. We are small, fast and flexible. This allows us to align the implementation seamlessly and cost-effectively with the advice.
Recruitment and selection
Hamstra & Partners has access to an extensive network of experts in the field of reward, compensation & benefits and terms of employment. We not only employ these people to assist with out consultancy and implementation activities, we also place them in permanent positions or interim projects. Our consultants are trained to manage projects in the field of HR and boast multiple years of experience. If your HR department lacks the time or capacity to tackle a project, we can take the project management off your hands. Together we can decide whether this takes place on location or externally.
It is not always clear in advance whether the position a client needs filled is interim or permanent. The distinction between the two can be thin. We like to think with our clients and assess their particular situation to determine which candidates are best suited to the task and which type of position offers the best fit.
