Hamstra & Partners, in motion!

A few years ago, I could never have guessed how exhilarating launching a new business would be. We recently caught the attention of Elsevier Magazine, which ran a feature using Hamstra & Partners as an example.

Like us, our clients are always in motion, which often leads to beautiful and inspiring partnerships. We are proud to be involved in Ziggo and UPC’s Terms of Employment harmonisation project, which sees us collaborating closely with Ziggo’s Best Place Team. Last month an agreement in principle was reached to implement a single scheme for the new Ziggo. Tough negotiations that ended with a nice result.

At the two-day Collective Labour Agreement sessions organised by the Association of Universities in the Netherlands (VSNU), I had the opportunity to inspire the social partners with my vision on trends in assessments and rewards. It was wonderful to be able to contribute to an innovative and internationally competitive CLA for university education in the Netherlands.

At the moment, one of the most important fruits of our partnership with Mercer is the Workforce Metrics Solution. This useful tool not only allow us to use Big Data for analysis, but also for benchmarking and forecasting purposes, making it ideal for the strategic HR agenda.
